Looking for any suggestions on good insurance brokers in Georgia?  It would be for an owner occupied fourplex.

Thank you in advance!

    Duane,

If you own it and it is not yet insured you need to rush.   Because of the Hurricane the Insurance companies will be imposing moritoriums on their agents preventing the writing of new business until the storm is past.  Many companies have already imposed them on FL.  I did not see if GA was included.

I had a situation like that here in CT.  We made it about 1 hour ahead of the moratorium on one storm or a private lender who forclosed on a property.   If we were an hour later we would have been out of luck.

Good luck and hopefully the storm misses your property.
