I'm a transplant of 2 years. 2) I have the average breakdown of water/electric which is around 330 for the last 9 months.

It has a nice mix of younger transplants and still the old-school folks hanging outside of the coffee shops or pork shops that have been there for decades.

just to add on jonathan's reply. if that's the route your going to go. look into an fha loan. you would have to live there for at least a 1 year, but only putting 3.5% down on a property up to 4 units. that way you can live rent free or even pull in a couple extra dollars and save towards your next investment.

I would say by them asking for a trial to continue is to just stall to continue to live "rent free".

Whether it be targeting corporate transplants by putting it on AirBNB for a minimum of 30 days - STR permits not required - or the classic year long contracts. 

I have now taken a opportunity to live rent and expense free at an apartment complex as a Courtesy Police Officer.

I have mostly healthcare professionals as I am within a 15 minute drive to 7 hospitals but I have also listed mine with the transplant team at our local transplant hospital as persons receiving organ transplants have to stay in the area for 30-60 days post transplant depending on the organ transplant.
