we have a 'Habitat for Humanity ReStores' in the Buffalo area that takes in just about everything & you can get amazing deals on cabinets that have been removed.

You can’t just buy and expect them to work - you have to dedicate yourself or another human to really loving the properties and the neighborhoods.

The investor in me tells me that they should go pound sand.The human in me says try to work with them.

Unfortunately there is no individual or specific governing body in regards to property management in NY State so there are a lot of illegal companies pretending to be property managers and there are serious consequences for operating as a property manager without being properly licensed in NY.
