Hello All,

My names Ryan and I am from long island, NY. I am currently working on starting my real estate flipping business. My partner is a contractor, and we are trying to put a team together right now. I am looking to see if any body here can recommend a local (long island) hard money lender that would work with first time flippers. Any info would be great. Thanks!
