As I often ponder the idea of retirement I was wondering if anyone has reverse house hacked a few houses to get the primary residence exemption on capital gains.

The The is TY to be a real estate right on on your your your job to be done with with the other two two girls that that you have have to do TY to the the buyer and property property owner and  agent has been been in a contract contract contract contract repairs and expense yuh

The girl is a model from another country and the two guys are models for the same eye glass frame company (see pictures below).

This same situation has happened to me several different times, in several different buildings over the years, so I want to add a few thoughts for you to ponder with all the other advice you're getting.Sometimes a running toilet (i.e. a leaking flapper) doesn't always have to run constantly 24/7 to cause an expensive bill.

Even though the girl has no right to be there and it is obviously taking advantage, her mother does not want to escalate the situation that far yet.

As a girl I felt the immediate is relatively nice, just not one that I personally would want to raise a family in.

My girlfriend would most definately not be too privy on any hot girls living upstairs!!

I have a shared house rental and made roommates sign that no overnight guests without my permission, so the girls go to the guys house to sleep over instead of bringing them to my house.)

I'm really going to ponder the points raised in this thread later in the week as I continue to sand this floor.
