So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

Just tried to hire one myself and they seem so afraid of housing authorities, they have minimal criteria and make no effort to screen.  

Has anyone used this site for screening?

Challenge is finding an agent willing to do this - so, you may have to offer them a flat fee for each offer.
