I recently have been offering a one time free service which is to help display my services to the potential client in addition to building my portfolio. 

i'm the classic over analyzer, over researcher, over thinker, but i decided to start taking action by getting pre qualified, connecting with a real estate agent, looking at mls listings, and driving around to check the properties that interest me. my goal is to flip with my exit strategy being buy and hold as a rental. i work a full time job in the city as a digital marketer (think seo, sem/paid search, programmatic display, paid social media leveraging a dmp and liveramp). i'm hoping real estate could be an interesting "hobby".  

My parents split and after that is when she really started displaying her entrepreneur spirit.  

I'm not sure Jay.. it seems like every time I go to Vegas, my net worth drops by $2-3K ;) Never been an issue with me as I don't gamble.. but I have had a few dinners for 4 that were 2k  LOL.. cheap food and Vegas is a thing WAY in the past.. now its as expensive if not more than any place in the country or world.. at least the celebrity chef type places at the major Casino's.I went into one fish restaurant they have this great display of dead fish and there is a price tag by the fish I thought that was price PER fish turned out to be price per pound.. so my 68 dollar snapper was 4 pds and I paid 300 bucks for one fish..

The permits are supposed to be prominently displayed (i.e. in a window, on a gate) but they don't see it.

Our whole City was illuminated  with fireworks last night, brighter then on New Year's Eve.

The way that I have it setup is that when someone calls my google voice number then all it displays is my google voice number that way I know that it is a call from someone trying to contact me through that.
