It gets the customer out of my hair during construction.  

The sad thing is that even the tenant has violated the lease and if I want to evict them with just cause, it will take 6-9 months from start to finish and 25K loss of rent + fee.In California tenant can pretty much do whatever they want and the policy encourage them doing that.

They hold monthly meetings in Rocky Hill and I encourage you to come by one. 

Their customer service is second to none and they've got more education and networking opportunities than any other company. 

I encourage you to persist in reaching out to potential sponsors and actively cultivate strong relationships with them.

I don't know the details of your lease - rents, length of lease, triple net, commission amount - but if it makes financial sense and makes the customer happy then absolutely pay for it.
