I've reviewed online, but my search shows discrepancies & mismatch information.

Is the discrepancy between the $175 future pad rental and the current rent of $375-$500 because the current homes are owned by the park?

Due to the discrepancies in services received by the condominium, the owners can appeal to the town's board of assessment appeals in order to decrease their assessment (and thus their tax liability). 

Hi @Daniel Murphy - since you are local to the area, I would suggest maybe driving the neighborhoods to see the discrepancies that you are uncovering.

While reading it, I found a discrepency of $1000 which needed to be amended.

There could be many factors creating such a discrepancy.

There are probably corresponding discrepancies in appreciation as wellwww.rate.com publishes the avg $/sq ft for many zip codes, but I’m not sure how accurate it is.

More like a few weekends. 100k and 35k are way off so I would figure out where the discrepency is.

The numbers are way out of whack, and I intend to take advantage of that discrepancy.
