Some things to consider are: if minor maintenance is included, if they file the occupancy tax on the owners behalf, if they hire the cleaning service and if they "eat" the credit card fees or pass them onto the owner.

There's no need to compensate them for dining or anything else because the rest of the rental is still usable.Even if your renters are understanding and don't ask for anything, I will still consider compensating them for the inconvenience with a $100 gift card or something.

So I'm thinking domain + g suite + wordpress install for the website and add another line to my personal phone. and create social media and start posting. also use an AI tool to make a logos or even fiverr use that logos for socials, cards, shirts. then after some time work on facebook ads and SEO for the wordpress install.

From multiple discussions I've had and reading posts here, I think I also want to form a 5th LLC to act as a management company, so that I can have one business account and credit card to collect all rent and pay all the overhead and expenses (paying for meals, PO box, RE licensing fees, etc).
