@Larry Moore Jan and Larry Jordan run a meetup group in Blue Springs - they have a meeting Thursday Night - I think that is covering tax sales in Jackson County - their last email to me said that the list will be available Friday and you have to get it from a legal publication like the Daily Record or the Pulse Legal - these can get you probably the lists in Jackson, Clay, Platte and Cass - and maybe St Louis - just note that St Louis County and Jackson County do not sell tax liens, but sell properties after 4 years of non-payment so their sales differ.Look for the Blue Springs Real Estate Investment Group on Meetup to get more info about this event to learn how Jackson County tax sales work.

If the lawn was still overgrown, the letter cited the daily fine I would have to pay.

And if you are already the outward face (daily manager) for Handel Housing then having your name associated to it is no big surprise. 

I've done research and a city like Nashville has a 70% occupancy rate with an average daily rate of $244.  

A big part of me is nervous as I also search daily putting my money and effort into the best deals I can find while we may be approaching the top of the market. 

So much info it is a little overwhelming but I am listening to podcasts daily plus trying to read more blogs and forums.My short term goals are as follows for now until I exceed them.I will buy my first investment property before the end of 2018.In 3 years I will be making 5k in passive income.In 5 years I will be making 10k in passive income.Ideally I would like to find some local people I could help and learn from.
