Instead, they took the other tact -- they used scare tactics to get you to go along with whatever they wanted.Had I not had any real estate experience, had I not known that their threats were empty, and had I not known I could scare them by invoking my own threats about calling the Real Estate Commission, I probably would have been pretty intimidated as well.Good lesson all around...and thrilled it's working out for you Ez!
