Yup thats how it worked pre 08 I funded at least 2000 just like it all over the mid west.. as long as you have your take out lender and good team up front this is how it works.. nice job. and super cute house.

Christian I’m actually not too bad for cash now, I still live at home my vehicle is all paid for and college is paid for from my scholarships and grants, plus I work another job in summer while working on this flip and have another graphic/web design freelance business that I make a little from.
