Hello all, I am a new investor here and just finished reading "How to Invest in Real Estate" by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin and would like to share 5 of the ways I read about to finance your next REI. Perfect graphic to print out to have near you for a quick reference. These are my understandings of the different ways and in no way perfect or correct, please point out anything I may have misinterpreted and got wrong.
