I started leaning more towards states that appealed to me because of their cultural or geographical aspects.I started looking for parameters to run on the different states to make a more numbers based decision.

They offer an investor friendly program, lots of training and guidance and very good culture.

I lived in Germany for a few years for my job, and miss the culture, history, and architecture of the various parts of Europe. 

Fundamentally though a cultural inclination of ze germans.

That being said, my wife is Japanese, and the culture of Japan is save save save.

That's my thoughts.I've had international student roommates who had no credit before, but they had plenty to verify themselves with (tax stubs, driver's license, work reference, etc.).In some countries, it is considered a cultural shame to pay rent late.

I got a better understanding of how to relate to people of different cultures and socioeconmic backgrounds.

I always liked to mingle with people from different background and learn their cultures and lifestyles and maybe thats how I got interested in Overseas investment.Its challenging and very interesting.

What sort of delays, frustrations dangers and culture shock should we prepare for?
