I don't feel like I have any responsibility for this tenant's children and that it is wholly her responsibility to control her children and pay for the damage. 

We have two children:  a 16-year-old daughter and nine-year-old son. 

He had 4 cars to his household as had older children, and he had to resort to parking in his driveway, which can accommodate 4 cars, but inconvenient.He spoke to the owner and demanded his tenants not park in front of the house, my rental.

While some tenants may act like children at times, I doubt adoption is possible or helpful.

I've been a Police Officer for about 15 years, I'm married and have 4 awesome tax credits.....er, children, and no pets.

Though I do not have a business success story to share about my routine yet, the routine has helped me be more present for my wife and children, which is paramount to gaining any traction in business IMO. 

My spouse also has a full-time job and we have no children. 

Can children have an ownership stake? 

Tenant shall use felt pads, rugs or similar scratch prevention materials under all furniture items or other items placed upon any hard surface flooring in the Premises.
