It didn't start at 6 am in the morning thats for sure because the paint did not match the existing ceiling .You can tell that they tried to cover it up because my ceiling also have a pattern and they tried to mimic it with brush strokes.

I am talking in very broad brush.  

Did they wash brushes or clean up caulking in the sink?

This is a function of the flexibility in a UL policy, not any kind of inherent risk, But agents who don't understand this try to paint the whole industry with a broad brush.

When looking at Zestimates, you have to think of it as a large paint roller - not a fined tuned brush.

I would go with brushed nickel knobs/pulls and stainless faucet/sink which will give it a cohesive look. 

When clients have questions about their accounting, it seems that a lot of PMCs give the brush off or "we'll get back to you" and this can be a huge pain point when working with a PMC. 

@Tyler LeeYou'd probably be surprised what a half-hearted amateur sanding, some homemade filler mixed out of Elmer's Glue-All and the sawdust from your floor sanding, and three coats of brush-applied gloss polyurethane will do for most hardwood floors, however heavily scratched.

It was a rental but not selling because trees and brush obscured the entire front of the house.

Look at the guy that brushes your teeth each morning.
