I've been looking at picking up houses through the auction sites (Hubzu, Auction.com, etc) and I know that as the buyer I will be responsible for closing costs.

I can't help with the auction process, but I do know (from talking to people) that running a RV park can be very difficult and time consuming.

I contacted the county who told me that it would be eligible for a tax lien auction as early as this July. 

They all are already on or will either hit the mls or the large REO auction sites.

I've gone to the auctions and have an agent running around for me looking for deals.
