I've been hearing common themes among the successful real estate investor guests on the shows of using "other people's money, the BRRRR method, learning from mistakes, overcoming fear, actually applying the knowledge attained along the way and financial freedom.

I currently am special education teacher in Manhattan and wish to find other ways to attain financial freedom. 

In many markets, the "2% Rule" is no longer attainable.
