Propstream tends to be the one most people use but Dealmachine has some amazing data that propstream doesn't. 

It allows me to meet amazing people and help other business owners succeed.I think Real Estate will do the same!

And generally, they took longer to rent, longer to sell, cost relatively similar (maybe moderately less) to repair and rehab as other less affordable areas, and had more turnover than desired.I also have a good friend/investor who owned over 100 sfr doors in the Detroit area that they were acquiring amazingly cheap, then rehabbing them.

I'm constantly amazed by what the naive will spend for a program run by a marketing professional with limited real estate experience and then refuse to spend a penny with someone who has done it for the last 20 years.

We have a Core Logic one that is a paid subscription for relators and while it can be often, I would say 90% of the time it is amazingly accurate. 

Fairly speaking, the price, location, other metrics look amazing, even the potential cash flow per month.

We have wood trim in most our properties and there is a wipe on touch up or colored wood putty touch up that works amazing.
