If they had booked over my blackout 1) their combo would not have worked 2) the police would have been called to evict the vacasa squatter clients. 3) those vacasa guests would likely have left horrendous reviews for Vacasa.Fortunately vacasa knew there was nothing to keep managing the units.

However what happens when the tenant vacates and now the unit has to be turned over/takes a few months to find a new tenant and during that same period of time the sewer line goes and you get hit with that $15,000 cap ex expense in addition to the vacancy and turn over costs.
