I did not feel protected when my tenant yielded it and stood tall against me.

Low spots can be because of bad roof decking, broken rafters/trusses, settling foundations ,termite damage, and many other reasons.If the roof isn't leaking I wouldn't worry about it.

When I started, I actually stood up at a meet up and said I was looking for a key principal.
