Viewing first home today
Been crunching the numbers on quite a few homes for buy and hold lately. One house stood above the rest and I'm scheduled to view it today. I'm excited and nervous at the same time (feels good to be alive).
Are there any tips you would like to share as issues to be aware of when assessing a home as a long term rental property?
It's in a class C area.
