Hello - I am looking to connect with someone who has experience with converting commercial space into storage units, and specifically getting the project approved by the city of Tacoma, WA.

I’ve hired movers for people that couldn’t get moved, given them money, found them new places to live, whatever it took.

We are starting a project in Tacoma that we picked up for $170k.

The first-movers in this space that deployed it on a national level were able to gain some great ground because their messaging is simple and has a strong association with a thing:  ugly homes.  

The property is located in Tacoma (about 5 mins off i5). 

I found a mover, gave them a quote to move stuff out but they wanted to be present.
