Wanted: General Contractor in Tacoma / Seattle

Hey All - looking for a referral for a General Contractor who can help us convert a SFH into a duplex.

The property is located in Tacoma (about 5 mins off i5). 

Job Details:

The house is ~1,800 sq/ft and has seen better days. We will be converting the top and bottom floors into separate units (both 2BR 1BA). This job will consist of plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and of course a day or two of demo.
