Hi all, I just bought a new house in PG county, Maryland that needs lots of renovation.

Primarily in the PG Baltimore, and DC region.  

PG is a great town.

Do you have any recommendations for REIA in the Montogomery/Howard/PG/Ann Arundel counties?

I too share a long romance with REI, and will be looking to do my first flip in a couple months somewhere in PG county.  

PG county may have a huge variance of way over or way under depending on the property and location.

in ether structure you will be personally liable for the business debt unlike an LLC where the owner is not liable for business debt granted he/she didn't acquire the debt with a PG.  

Near you, parts of Frederick, Washington, PG and Charles Counties have USDA eligible houses with 100% financing.

Annelyse Finley  from my point of view someone who has been in the trenches for 40 plus years. you have two distinct things going on... one as J martin explained your going to use your Freddie fannie slots 4  or some times up to ten to buy rental homes with and a personal resi.these will need to be in your personal name and proper insurance with an umbrella usually suffice'sLLC for me is not about asset protection as much as it is about setting up partnerships and uneven distributions of profit or loss.. plus loss carry back if needed for us self employed folks.
