New to landlord/rental property in PG county Maryland

Good morning everyone my name is Jason Miller I am currently a home opener in Cheltenham, Maryland and about to purchase another property in district heights, Maryland. I will be renting out my Cheltenham home. I am here to learn as much as possible about real estate, my goal is to continue to gain properties and rent them but I would also like to learn how to flip houses as well.
