Read articles in the business and real estate sections of the local paper and research business journals and see if there is one in the cities you are narrowing down.You really just need to find a city that you can research the direction and vibe of the city and get a comfort level.

Here is why i'm struggling to decide: I studied Journalism and Marketing, but sadly, I don't like journalism, but I like marketing, public relations, and event planning.

To help me keep my energy up I do the following:1) Big Exercise 3x a week (Burbpees, Run, Lift)2) Schedule my time (I'm very proficient at this, and it seems to be working well)3) I also do the SAVERS in the Miracle Morning (Silence/Prayer , Affirmations, Visualization, Lite Exercise, Reading, Scribe/Journal) for about 30m in the morning.About the only thing I don't do is eat healthy.  

The only close to practical scenarios that I have found are in Nassau County and Jersey City- Journal Square specifically. 

It just so happens many of those events are younger people-- promotions, marriage, firsts jobs, etc.I would do more research on demographic trends on millennials and find some empirical research (industry news, academic journals, etc) to support the claim.

We do mid-lease inspections, turnover inspections, photo journal everything, provide reports on these, and have 24 hour return policy on all communications. 

Is making some fair points but you don't paint with a broad brush in Jersey City.Jared Kushner just built a tower away from the shoreline, in journal square.Areas near light rail are improving.Homes on or near Kennedy Blvd are beautiful and changing.Area by area but not an easy place to invest.
