i'd get a few more quotes...erie and farm bureau have good prices...i'm sure there's others...i pay between 300-400 for my rental houses...your policy sounds high but i don't know the area...i pay 1500/year for a 300,000 apartment building and that includes a 1 million liability for this property as well

First post here, awesome sight,I am interested in investing in the rental property business.I have used some tools from this sight and other internet research to form an LLC.I dont like the name that I used for the LLC, basically I used my last name enterprises LLC.
