Guy has a slick site with "offices" listed in ten SE cities but I have an uneasy feeling.

Additionally, if you are already capped at SE income you are only paying the medicare portion to get the full deferral.

I would never hire out snow removal for a duplex because in SE WI it would be too expensive relative to the income of just two units; and the costs can vary so much depending on how bad the winter is. 

You could get a 3/1 in the SE section of Farmington Hills for 75k.1k might be pushing the limits for that area. 

I'll probably start by seing if the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store has a match.
