On the other hand, if someone loses $1MM, there would likely be more dialog between the crowdfunder and investor, and unpleasant dialog to say the least.If the model is to target smaller investments, it might be reasonable to assume that the total capital raise in any one investment would be relatively small, which translates to fee income to the crowdfunder that doesn't justify on-site due diligence.

First you spread a plastic throw away sheet down, blast it off unwanted surfaces,,letting the dry ice drag it down to floor plastic,,,, let dry ice evaporate,,,carefully wrap plastic to center and toss,,,protective gear should always be used. dry ice is hard on the skin so dont contact,,,cover up.

Whether the lender or insurer actually follow-on and "catch" you is another matter, but the possibility of unpleasant consequences is there.Another thing to consider is that you may only hold a single CMHC insured high-ration residential mortgage at a time.
