Austin is overbuilt I wouldn't touch development there. happy to connect I'm licensed in both states of Ohio and Florida and we look at development and ground up construction deals in both.

Market is always moving, they can't sell you something that isn't available. 2018 Pricing won't touch 2013 pricing anywhere.

I would recommend highlighting a specific area and then getting in touch with the local REI group.

Sell my portfolio and scale into something largerOver the last 3 years house hacking I have accumulated a decent amount in equity that I am very proud of, but am extremely hesitant in touching the equity to scale my portfolio at this time. 

Using the traditional A-D Market scale is not going to really touch on the importance of choosing the right market to invest in.
