Looking to airbnb in Big Bear City,Ca. It's very tough here to invest these days. So, I thought I'd buy a cabin in Big Bear City. Family time available more often this way. I figured I could airbnb, also. Does anyone know a sight to chk. trends as to where in big bear it's working better then some areas (lots of saturated areas). Thanks, Ken Bailey

Hi Ken, I am a broker here in California and I manage over 100 STR properties. One of my clients recently purchased a home in Big Bear for STR and I understand it's going pretty well.

Best site to check numbers is directly on Airbnb. Don't trust the consolidated data on AirDNA!

If you'd like some help, feel free to reach out and I'll show you how I analyze new markets for my acquisitions.
