Wholesaling is attractive model but like everything else it take commitment and consistency.  

I consistently see cash-on-cash returns above 15% but you won't see that on a beautiful property.

@Jacob Cuellar I would start by thinking about what form of marketing you can consistently do for 5-6 months.

If you find a cleaner to manage it life is easy but it's also difficult to maintain because you lose them to others that can provide more consistent work.  

Not only do we have high STR/MTR demand, but we have an endless line of people that want to live here and yet very little buildable land, the result of which is consistently strong appreciation.If you have the option, I would consider a townhome over a condo.

Hi -I've recently inherited (or what amounts to inherited) a small fix/flip & wholesaling business that consists of a website where users enter property, situation and contact details which populates jotform and through zapier feeds a CRM. 

The class provided lots of valuable information and Scott was certainly energetic and knowledgeable, but he consistently came across as insincere and overbearing to me.
