It just makes no sense to have that approach bc to me it's more like the annoying spam calls I get daily asking me if I want to buy a warranty for my Ferrari even though I already have an extended warranty.

So far, I haven't found one that makes much sense, but I'm learning and refining.I'm not planning to tackle something to the scale of a 200+ unit class A apartment complex, while it might be less risk it also means lower margins and I'm not interested in being a passive investor and I don't want to start there (unless the stars aligned somehow).

Most AOL and Yahoo email addresses are going to spam these days, so if someone doesnt regularly check their spam folder they might not get emails from those domains.You also might consider calling instead of emailing
