Can't get agents to take this easy money...

Am I missing something?  I recently purchased an out-of-state foreclosure property, now I have several people interested in seeing it to buy it, one has even already offered a cash offer that I would definitely accept, but its pending them seeing the inside of the property before signing a contract.  Anyway, since its an out-of-state deal, I have called 3 local agents, left voicemails and followed up with text and emails explaining that I already have potential buyers interested and ready to see the property, but I'm looking to contract with a local agent to facilitate the process for me, or sell it to other buyers and I'm fine with paying them their normal commission for their assistance.  Three days later and I still haven't got any response from them.  Am I missing something?  I put myself in their shoes, and I would be calling back as soon as I got the message, or at least have my assistant or someone call.  I've never had this problem before with the instate agents I use, they seem to like money...
