A cistern/tank would be something to look at as well (as you said).The one thing that makes it attractive is the fact that you do have some water supply part of the time.

Not sure what Nathan means that we are grossly over saturated when the demand severely outweighs supply here and has been that way for over a decade. 

You may need a construction manager (a guy a friend who is organized doesn't need to be a pro trades person but doesn't use or party) to daily boots on site be orchestrating who is on first and that no one steals your supplies.

They make a stamp you can buy off of Amazon (or any office supply store) so you don't even have to write it a million times.If you want to be "nice" you could let them know of your plan.

My only question would be does this indicate that new housing will be built (i.e. more supply = less demand & appreciation) or more buyers inundating those class A markets (i.e. capped supply = more demand & appreciation).

@Mauricio SandovalI was getting extremely high insurance quotes for our properties in Ohio, then I realized after reading forums on BP that you have to ask them to quote you on Actual Cash Value, not rebuild cost (which are extremely inflated during these times of supply issues).

Although it's "hands on," it's mainly supply and demand.
