@Mark Sewell if your objective is to get your retarget audience to watch the additional content (ie- retarget those who watched Video 1 to watch Video 2, people who come to the website organically/other than through Video 1, etc) then I think Reach or Video views could continue to work well as you continue to build the audience strength and brand awareness.
