Is a partnership a good idea?

Does anyone recommend or have advice on doing a joint partnership with another couple? Seems like there could be pros and cons to it, the biggest con I see is that we would need to own twice as many properties to reach passive income. However, on the positive side they may have different strengths like construction experience, etc

Of course you would only need half as much money and do half as much work. People talk about the horror stories of partnerships but mine have always been good or we parted on good terms.

Look up Charlie Munger and tell me if you think his partnership worked out
