So far, it’s almost going a little too smoothly and we sort of feel like we’re just waiting for the fall.

I assume many people here do their own cleaning when they got started so maybe it’s well known by people who aren’t me?

Some limit rentals to 1% of the homes, so if you are lucky to get in now and there's a waiting list, you might not be lucky to rent the next time if there is list. 

So not much advice, but feel free to experiment and ask your guests to give you feedback. 

This is a very fluid exercise and SHOULD be done frequently so that you know you’re making progress and can shift your goals as life develops.

It is the snowbird season in Florida, so it is a reasonable time to catch attention of those buyers.
