My husband has some long service leave and needs a career break and before our children start school I figured one big learning curve with a potential for a payoff rather than a traditional holiday  would be a rather large adventure for us.

I said ok thinking you know the holiday and such.1/15/16 I text him hows it going whats the status, he responds "love this floor plan will have it ready next week" I called him no answer and he did not return my call.1/22/16 I text him what time can we pick up floor plans today, he text "I'll have them ready next week" I immediately text him "oh I thought you where going to have them done last week per your text, is there something wrong?"

If the third day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the three-day period will not expire until the following Monday or non-holiday.

I'd say relax, take a breather, and just take it one thing at a time.- There's always deals.

If you buy homes that are 6 bed/bath and larger, you start tapping into all the normal, non-vacation travel such as reunions, business travel and meetings, celebrations, holidays, weddings, etc. 

Unless it relaxes its hard to see huge demand from Chinese investors.

Right now I do have a problem with studying after a long day of do home repairs, but after a few more weeks of good earning (there was almost no work for me for about 10 weeks it's like that nearly every year over the holidays.
