Here are some specific action items:-build out your profile on BP, I want to see a picture of you, know what you do and what your goals are-be helpful on BP, start trying to answer/participate in posts where you have some value-start reaching out to people on BP specifically, with small, specific asks-go to a few networking events every month and plan on talking to many people...it takes 5 + bad conversations to find 1 good one-go to 2-3 conferences per year and be very purposeful there in your intentions, don't just go to sessions and stay quiet, be intereactiveI probably should have started with this, but what is your goal in connecting with these people?

@Sean Monahan You can still inspect your properties as normal - you'll just give your standard notice and communicate that to Airbnb guests.Loftium requires long-term tenants to hold renters insurance, and Airbnb provides $1M of damage protection and a separate $1M primary liability insurance for every booking. Most repairs don't get in the way of Airbnb hosting - i.e. if the stove is out, that can be communicated to guests - and as long as repairs are made on a timely basis, there's no penalty. We sign a standard 1-year lease for the first year, and can sign a longer lease after that if both sides are happy with the process.Feel free to check out my profile and the Loftium company profile on BiggerPockets for our website with more info.

I wouldn't even think about making the extra payments, especially because you're looking to invest in more real estate based on your profile. 3.625% may be the cheapest money you'll ever get and with the house hack, it seems like most, if not all, of your expenses are covered and your housing costs are pretty cheap.
