Lots of other people had bad experiences. 

I am just curious how people scale when they don’t have a lot of liquid cash like me?

I would also be a hard no; I don't subsidize other people's investments.

People are spending 400k for an ADU but Boxabl offers a studio, with appliances, full kitchen and full bath for 60k.
