It was clear from the video that this new law attempts to prevent wholesaling entirely, and Pickren feels that the interpretation of the law is sufficiently wide enough that any marketing for the assignment of a contract will fall of under the definition of this law. 

I'm helping my friends and family get into health but I eventually want to help many more get into health and share my passion for health and wellness, besides my passion for owning my business and flipping homes....Are you still excited Ned??

This would appear a blatant disregard for disclosing to would be Investors information that would have been needed to make an informed investment decision.Perhaps you already have this YouTube video.
