If I decided to outsource this to a cleaning service I'd likely break even or lose a little money on those months where I dont have close to full occupancy each month.One things for sure.

If that was a 200k loan lets say and they have 20 or 30 investors into one loan.. that's a lot of personal e mails that need to go out. and or fielding the inquiries as they come in.. they probably need to outsource this to india call centers LOL.. but a premtive e mail as stated would probably keep folks calm.

I agree with Amanda, time zone may be a problem but if you outsource to countries where call centers are treated much like any other profession (Philippines), you will find no issue with your workers being across the globe.
