Calling all property managers!

All too often you hear how property management isn't profitable however, there are far too many successful companies out there for this common misconception to be true. I would like to bring together a meeting of the minds of property management and hear your stories of how you got your company off the ground and led it to be the success it is today.  Being that I am absolutely new to this industry, I would appreciate if you you guys could talk a little bit about the software you use, 3rd party vendors, as well as anything else you have outsourced in order to better streamline your company. Also, what products and services have you added in order to better serve your clients and make your company more profitable? Thanks!
