Hello South Florida,

My business partner and I have recently started a property management company in South Florida and we would love to help you with your rental or management problems. Our goal is to relieve you of all of the challenges that come with being a landlord so you can enjoy the benefits of you rental properties without the hassle of worry about your tenants. We will handle all of the typical all daily tasks that come with being a landlord as well as the unexpected large problems that may pop up. It is important to us that we take care of our clients property the same way we expect our own investment properties to be taken care of. We are a licensed brokerage.

Hi Elizabeth,

I'm also interested in starting a property management company myself in South Florida. Currently I'm working on getting my Real Estate License as a Sale Associate. After that, I was planning on finding a company that would give me the opportunity to get experience as a property manager. Maybe we can talk, and I also live in Broward County.
