Then block out all the noise. 

Every market is different however when I purchased a mixed use building I had a hard time finding residential tenants who wanted to be near (above actually) the commercial stuff, and the commercial tenants wanted to be able to make noise even late into the evening if the workday got long. 

A lot of times they just want to have returns but not grind themselves out so much.  

I believe the dirt that gets stuck in the stumps makes them impossible to burn effectively, therefore it’s better to cut your tree low and do any necessary grinding.

I actually had a friend bring up the idea that some ppl will even take the less desirable view to not have to worry about noise from the pool.

Just bring a white noise machine that plays non human audible sounds but scramble the ability of a microphone to record human voices.

That is when I realized, its my desperation to make it, my drive, my ego, and my impatience, which makes me grind my wheels too hard and make emotional decisions (rather can carefully studied ones), thereby leading to more failure.
