My friend in Boston mentioned he recently joined a mastermind, Level Up (@levelup_mastermind) and in a few weeks was able to obtain and grow personal knowledge, relationships, and mindset to the point he quit his job to develop luxury homes full time (and has made lifelong friendships!). 

I've actually been looking at parlaying several of the prominent friendship/contacts I've made on the island into a possible real estate business wholesaling and/or flipping.

Mentoring happens organically, you would not go up to a stranger asking them to be your best friend, or go to a party and announce you are looking for a friend and will trade helping them move for friendship.   

I had just noticed some road widening off of I-985 at friendship rd.

I've had a great experience, have built fantastic relationships and friendships, and would highly recommend. 

I don't need this to be a personal/friendship and I'm not sure I really see a value in it other than just "being nice"

We want to make sure it's fair because we don't want to hurt a friendship over it, so we really want to have this buttoned up before making a purchase.  

Even that would feel way too low if the friend is called upon to make good on the loan.Let’s review what actually happens from the guarantors experience   if the loan goes into default and see if you think your friendship can survive it1.

If it is in a negative equity situation, the purchase becomes more challenging as you would need to work out a short sale with the bank.Probably a bigger concern is maintaining your friendship.  

You know, understanding conveyancing local customs and forms (for example a friendship with an escrow agent) is important.
