Good Coaching Is Hard To Find

Hey everyone,

I've been a member on bp for a while now and have learned tons just from reading their content and listening to allot of podcast. But for some people, it takes more. They need the extra push, the extra reassurance that they have done everything right.

I've been searching the internet for coaching and mentoring. Surprised me of all the trainings, seminars, webinars, etc.. but have yet to find reliable LOCAL mentoring/coaching.

I live and wish to invest in the North-West Indiana(NWI) areas. I have constructions skills in various tasks if needed in exchange for help/coaching. I am mainly looking for someone who also does real estate full time in NWI areas.
